Shantha Katipearachchi is a Corporate Consultant – Sales Operations. He obtained the MBA from PIM in 2008. He is a Chartered Marketer with a Diploma in Marketing (MCIM UK) and is a Past Chairman of Chartered Institute of Marketing Sri Lanka. He has also served as a Member of Professional Advisory Group – CIM UK identified in the Top 100 World’s Most Influential Marketing Leaders in 2015. He is a Business Development Strategist, a Visiting Lecturer and a Public Speaker. Shantha specializes in Sales & Marketing Operations in both Product & Service Marketing, and has an experience of over 20 years in the Corporate Sector & 10 years as a Consultant, Coach and Trainer for top Corporates.

Mahesha is a Director at Mastercard Sri Lanka working in the area of International Markets. Prior to assuming her present role, she was the Assistant General Manager Card Services and a Member of the Corporate Management of Cargills Bank

She has 20 years of experience in Banking and Finance including Corporate Banking, Retail and Private Banking and Cards and Electronic Payments.

She is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants CIMA – UK), a Chartered Global Management Accountant and also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK). She holds a BA(Hons.) degree from the University of Colombo, an MBA from PIM, University of Sri Jayewardenapura.

Mahesha is presently serving on the CIMA Global Council representing South Asia. She is also a Member of the Global Membership Committee of CIMA. She was the past chairperson of CIMA SL Country Network Panel and also served on the Regional Advisory Panel for the MESANA Region for the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) during the period 2020 to 2022.

Ramesh Dassanayake is a well-known industry professional and an expert in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality industries with over 3 decades of expertise. He is a successful entrepreneur, and is the Founder and Chairman / MD of Sunway Group of companies. His wide international travel experience strengthens his knowledge and exposure to best international practices in the hospitality industry. Ramesh is currently reading for his Doctorate in Business Administration at the Asia e University. He holds a MBA from the prestigious Post Graduate Institute of Management, Post Graduate Degree in Planning & Management from the Cyprus Institute of Marketing & an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from ABE (UK).

He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) UK, Institute of Hospitality (IoH) UK & Association of Business Executives (ABE) UK.

Kanagasabai Rajaratnam Naguleswaran is the Assistant Vice President- Financial Institutions & Correspondent Banking of the DFCC Bank PLC. He counts 33 years of Banking experience  covering Branch Banking, International Operations, Off-shore Banking, Remittances and Correspondent Banking. Prior to joining DFCC Bank PLC he has served Public Bank Berhad Colombo branch, Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, Al Bank Al Saudi Al Fransi, Saudi Arabia and Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.

Naguleswaran is a Senior Fellow member of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka. He is also a Fellow member of the Association of Business Executives (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka. He obtained his MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2011. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Financial Administration from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He has passed the Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) examination conducted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Academy, Singapore in association with, ICC Paris.

Naguleswaran is a resource person for International Trade Finance paper in the Diploma in Applied Banking & Finance (DABF) examination conducted by the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL) . He also serves as an examiner for banking examinations conducted by the IBSL.He served International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Sri Lanka as a member of the Banking Committee. Presently he serves as the Senior Vice President of Trade Finance Association of Bankers. He is a life member of the Association of Professional Bankers (APB) Sri Lanka. He is a proud product of Hindu College, Bambalapitiya.

Chandika Kumara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing Special) degree from University of Kelaniya. He is the Head – Products and Propositions at AIA Insurance Lanka Limited which is backed by one of the largest life insurers in the world. He is currently heading key functions of marketing department at AIA Insurance including Product Management / Product Marketing, Health & Wellness Partnerships, Market Research & Customer Insights, and Customer Communications. With over 12 years of experience in the Insurance and financial services sector, Chandika has served in the fields of branding, marketing, customer research, sales, business development, and business analytics at Union Assurance PLC, LB Finance PLC and Commercial Credit & Finance PLC. He is also a visiting lecturer for both government and private universities sharing his knowledge on marketing, service marketing, branding, and customer research with the next generation.

Kanchana Boyagoda is a highly experienced HR professional with over 16 years of expertise spanning the Telecommunication, Insurance, BPM, and Banking sectors. She holds an MBA with Merit from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura (2022), and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Teesside (UK). Additionally, she is a qualified PQHRM holder from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a certified Talent Acquisition Professional from AON Hewitt, and a certified Trainer with an Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training, and Assessing Learning from the Institute of City and Guilds.

Kanchana has held key HR roles at Dialog Axiata PLC, AVIVA NDB Insurance, AIA Insurance Lanka PLC, and WNS Global Services. She currently leads the Group HR function at NDB Capital Holdings Group, as the Group Head of HR

Her core expertise includes Strategic HR, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Rewards Management, and HR transformations. Throughout her career, she has focused on aligning HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance and enhance employee satisfaction.

Sisira Dissanayake is the Manager of Internal Audit at AIA Insurance Lanka Ltd, brings 17 years of experience in Finance and Internal Audit within the Finance and Insurance Industry. He earned his MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, in 2018, and holds a bachelor’s degree in BSc Business Administration (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2009. Additionally, he obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Adv Dip MA) from CIMA-UK.

Sisira began his career at People’s Bank as a Banking Assistant before moving to Central Finance Company PLC as a Finance professional. He further followed by two years of experience at BDO Partners audit firm before joining AIA Insurance Lanka Ltd, where he managed Group reporting, management reporting, and strategic planning before transitioning to the Internal Audit department. In addition to his professional roles, Sisira conducts training sessions on positive thinking and strategic management for various occasions.

Manoj Kumar Moses is a seasoned professional in Sales, Marketing, and Operations with over 24 years of management experience in driving business success across Sri Lankan, multinational, and international markets. Known for delivering consistent results, he currently works as a Freelance Management Consultant, offering strategic expertise to American Premium Holdings and contributing as a growth strategist across Sales, Marketing and Business Operations. In addition, Manoj serves as a multilingual trainer for a leading financial institute via PIM and as a Visiting Lecturer at a prestigious international campus, bringing valuable insights to the next generation of leaders.

Prior to this appointment, Manoj served At Hutchison Telecommunications as a General Manager, successfully navigating complex corporate landscapes, including mergers and acquisitions. Manoj’s international experience includes a key senior management role at Almarai Company in Saudi Arabia, where he managed pre- and post-merger integrations and led transformative growth initiatives in diverse cultural environments.

Amongst the other key leadership positions, Manoj served as the Head of Marketing at Serendib Flour Mills, and as the Business Manager at AB Mauri. He has also contributed his services to JayKay Marketing Services (John Keells Holdings) and Darley Butler & Company Ltd at the early stages of his career.

Manoj holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayawrdenepura. He is also a Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. Additionally, Manoj is a member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), and a Life Member of the Organization of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka (OPA).

Farzana Khan has over 20 years of experience in the private sector and the UN at Senior Level in multi-national organisations. Received extensive international exposure and training. Delivered exceptional results and enjoys a challenge. Finds great satisfaction in working with people and delivering as one. Wide experience in Marketing; Communications and Sustainability. Keen interest in environment and bio- diversity.

Farzana has worked in numerous organization holding senior management positions such as consultant, regional SUN Business Network Coordinator & Advisor for WFP Regional Bureau for Asia and Pacific, Director Sustainable Development, Communications and External Affairs in INSEE Cement, Behavior Change Specialist in UNICEF Sri Lamka, Head of Marketing and sustainability VIRTUSA, Client Servicing and Strategy Director at Q&E Advertising,  Head of Premium Category in British American Tobacco as well as Staff Officer in Banque Indosuez.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Second Upper) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and MBA (Merit) from the Post Graduate Institute of Management (PIM). In addition to that she is a Member of the Association of Business Executives (UK), and Member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS). She also works as a speech and drama teacher from the Trinity College of London.

She is a Past President and Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Colombo Regency, and Member of Zonta club 2 of Colombo. She also serves on the Board of Emerge Lanka where she works with sexually abused girls to give them a new lease of life.

Amal Sampath is a professionally qualified sales leader and marketer with 18 years of experience in both the banking and insurance sectors. He earned an MBA with Merit from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, in 2022.

He also holds a MSc in Strategic Marketing from Asia e University and has completed the National Diploma in Sales Management from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM).

Amal joined AIA Insurance in 2006 as a founding member of the pioneering Bancassurance team with NDB Bank. Currently, he leads the Commercial Bank Bancassurance Division as the Head of Bancassurance at AIA Insurance Lanka Ltd.

In 2023, Amal was recognized as a “Great Manager” in the “Team Effectiveness and Collaboration” category. He also serves as a visiting lecturer at several leading universities in Sri Lanka, specializing in sales management and marketing management.

Mr. Anura Siriwardena is currently the Chairman of the Global CEO Forum, Editor-in-Chief of Global CEO Magazine, and Managing Director of Voice of Asia Network (Pvt) Ltd, which includes Siyatha TV.

He holds a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences from the University of Kelaniya and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Professional Managers (FCPM) and a member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and the Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Science (SLAAS). Previously, Mr. Siriwardena held key government roles, including Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and several other ministries, and served as Chairman and CEO of the Independent Television Network (ITN). He has represented Sri Lanka in bilateral trade discussions with countries such as India, China, and the USA.

Mr. Siriwardena has also served as a director at NDB Bank and was a visiting lecturer at leading institutions, including the University of Kelaniya , NIBM and SLIDA

Edga Melan is a professional qualified engineer with 20 years of experience in both inland and overseas corporate industries in tea rubber and oil palm plantations, consultancy, manufacturing, fabric and garments sectors. He obtained MBA (Merit) from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, in 2022, where his field research won the best paper award at PIM-ARC 2022 as well. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Moratuwa. He is also a qualified professional of Certified Management Accountancy (CMA), Australia and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA. He has followed project management at National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore, a certified practitioner in Corporate Environmental Sustainability, National Cleaner Production Centre, Sri Lanka and trained in screen printing at Sefar AG, Switzerland.

Edga has served as head of engineering in Elpitiya Plantation PLC by Aitken Spence Plantations, Tin Pak Pvt Ltd, Goodhope Asia Holdings (Oil Palm Upstream) in Indonesia, Trischel Fabrics & Textprint Lanka by MAS Holdings, Teejay fabric group (Sri Lanka & India) and currently heading the group engineering team at Brandix Apparels for Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh.

He posses 02 patents in palm oil mechanization equipment and won bronze award at OPEXCON Awards 2015 in Indonesia for the same. He is an associate member of IESL (Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka), life member of the Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Science (SLAAS) and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM). He is also a visiting lecturer in couple of leading universities in Sri Lanka in the fields of operations management, sustainability and engineering management.

Mr. Dileep Udara, a distinguished leader in the Transport and Logistics sector, currently serving as the Head of Supply at Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Ltd., known as PickMe. With a BSc (Hons) in Transport and Logistics Management from the University of Moratuwa and an MBA from PIM, Dileep combines extensive knowledge with practical experience.

Dileep began his career as a Coordinator Branch Operator at the Gampaha branch, quickly advancing to Colombo District Manager and then to Senior Manager – Supply Planning, where he oversees driver care and operations, driving efficiency and expanding PickMe’s services into rural areas. He is a passionate advocate for sustainability, spearheading initiatives like the introduction of electric tuk-tuks and participating in major projects such as the Bus Rapid Transit Project. As a dedicated freelance lecturer, Dileep mentors future professionals and has made significant contributions to PIMA.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led the “Husmata Husmak” project, donating ventilators to hospitals. In 2023, as Project Chair of the PIMA League, he organized successful events that engaged the community. His efforts in the “PIMA Gamata” project further supported Sri Lankan women entrepreneurs through workshops. Dileep’s exceptional contributions and collaboration with PIMA Exco members culminated in his appointment to the PIMA Exco in 2024, where he continues to drive positive change and make a lasting impact on both the organization and the broader community.

Dilusha Gamage holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura and an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA). She is also a registered investment advisor (RIA) registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka. She possesses over 14 years of work experience as a finance professional specializing in Sri Lankan Equity Market Investments, Fund management, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. She is currently working as Investments Manager at a leading Insurance Company.

Dilusha is a passionate member of Toastmasters International for over 12 years and has held many leadership positions while winning awards in public speaking. She is also a proud member of The Rotary International which is the largest service organization in the world. She is currently serving as the Youth Services Director of Rotary Club of Colombo West, one of the most prestigious Rotary Clubs in Sri Lanka.
