Sisira Dissanayake is the Manager of Internal Audit at AIA Insurance Lanka Ltd, brings 17 years of experience in Finance and Internal Audit within the Finance and Insurance Industry. He earned his MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, in 2018, and holds a bachelor’s degree in BSc Business Administration (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2009. Additionally, he obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Adv Dip MA) from CIMA-UK.

Sisira began his career at People’s Bank as a Banking Assistant before moving to Central Finance Company PLC as a Finance professional. He further followed by two years of experience at BDO Partners audit firm before joining AIA Insurance Lanka Ltd, where he managed Group reporting, management reporting, and strategic planning before transitioning to the Internal Audit department. In addition to his professional roles, Sisira conducts training sessions on positive thinking and strategic management for various occasions.
